Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

YumTap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YumTap and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support; outstanding fees remain payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
